Transparent Options

How Our Tiers Work

Every system we sell will cool your home. That's not the difference between them — we sized them all for your square footage, and we install them all to the same standard. The difference is what your electric bill looks like, and how the comfort feels.

Value Essential

Does the job. Solid, warrantied equipment from names you know, installed right. If the budget is tight or this is a rental, this is honest equipment at the best installed price — and it gets the exact same installation quality as our best system.

Good Dependable

Does the job, from the mainline brands. The dependable middle of the road — most homes in Phoenix run on exactly this.

Better High Efficiency

Does the same job for a lighter electric bill. Higher-efficiency equipment costs more once and saves every month, and in a Phoenix summer, "every month" adds up fast.

Best Variable Speed

The lightest bill and maximum indoor comfort. These systems cool on demand — not more, not less. Instead of slamming on and off, a variable-speed system runs exactly as hard as the moment requires: steadier temperatures, better humidity control, quieter operation, lowest running cost.

Proven Engineering

The Brands We Carry

We choose equipment manufacturers with proven track records in the demanding Arizona climate.

Trane

The premium name, and in our Best tier, worth it. Their top-end variable-speed systems are what the reputation is built on.

RunTru

Here's something most people don't know: RunTru is built by Trane's family of companies as their value line. Trane engineering lineage at an entry price. That's why we're comfortable putting it in front of you.

Ruud

A reliable alternate to the Trane family with premium options of its own. One of the oldest names in American HVAC.

Amana

Our alternative that runs R-32 refrigerant instead of the R-454B most new systems use. R-32 is a single-component refrigerant while R-454B is a blend — over the long haul, single-component refrigerants are simpler to service, which can mean lower cost of ownership over the life of the system.

Proof, Not Personality

Every Install Is Verified — and You Get the Report

Anyone can bolt a unit down. We prove ours are installed right. Every installation ends with a commissioning report delivered to you — a technical record with photos, showing your system was:

  • Pressure-tested with nitrogen to find any leak before refrigerant ever flows
  • Vacuum-verified with a micron gauge to confirm the lines are clean and dry (we document the reading)
  • Charged and verified by subcooling measurement — not by guesswork
  • Checked on a 9-point list: lineset insulated & sealed, electrical connections torqued, disconnect correct, condensate drain flushed & tested, filter sized right, thermostat programmed, startup completed, and a walk-through with you
  • Photographed: finished outdoor & indoor units, data plates, electrical, thermostat, and lineset

Install Day — What to Expect

  • A two-man crew. Typical changeout runs 6 to 10 hours depending on system type (rooftop package ~6h, attic heat pump ~8h, attic gas split ~10h).
  • Pre-cool the house the night before. Your AC will be off during work, so running it cooler overnight keeps your home comfortable.
  • Clear a path to the work area; we lay plastic sheeting from the front door and clean up behind ourselves.
  • Attic installs heads-up: occasionally an attic opening is too small for a new unit and must be enlarged ($275, confirmed at verification visit before you owe anything).

Warranty & Protection

  • Every system includes manufacturer parts warranty (typically 10 years) — registered for you so coverage is never lost.
  • 1 year of labor coverage included with your installation.
  • Extended labor warranty options available (10 years — $2,499 · 5 years — $1,499).
  • Annual service plans available (2 visits/year — $298 · 1 visit/year — $149).
  • Optional permit handling available ($250, we handle everything with the city).
