Who we are

What we collect
- Information you give us: name, phone number (optional), email address, property address, home details you enter in our quote tool (square footage, system type, equipment locations), and messages you send us by text, chat, or email.
- Information we look up: when you enter your address, we retrieve publicly available property data (such as square footage) from a third-party property-data service to size your system.
- Information collected automatically: standard web logs, cookies, and analytics/advertising data (see Advertising & cookies below).
- Payment information: processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
How we use it
To prepare and deliver your quote and proposal; to communicate with you about your quote, reservation, verification visit, installation, and warranty; to schedule and perform work; to improve our website; and to comply with law. We do not sell your personal information.
Text messaging (SMS)
By opting in on our quote form or texting us, you consent to receive text messages from Quality Mechanical Services LLC about your quote and services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in and phone numbers collected for SMS consent are not shared with any third party or affiliate for marketing.
Quote and service emails include an unsubscribe link. Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional messages about work you've ordered.
Who we share data with
Service providers who help us operate, only as needed to serve you: our CRM and communications platform, SMS/voice carrier services, email providers, property-data lookup, payment processors, and website hosting. Each is bound to use your data only to provide services to us. We may disclose information if required by law, or in connection with a business transfer.
Advertising & cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies, including analytics and advertising pixels (such as Meta/Facebook), to measure our ads and site performance. You can control cookies in your browser settings; opting out of interest-based advertising is available at aboutads.info/choices.
Data retention
We keep quote and job records as long as needed for warranty service, legal, and tax purposes, then delete or anonymize them.
Your choices & rights
You may request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your personal information by emailing info@getsystemquote.com (we may retain records we're legally required to keep, such as signed contracts and warranty registrations). We honor applicable state privacy rights.
Children
Our services are for homeowners and are not directed to anyone under 18.
